Shipping & Delivery

All items listed in our store will be shipped within specified processing time, following receipt of payment. The tracking number will be available after delivery. We will notify you the details via email.


DELIVERY TIME

Total delivery time is composed of two parts.
The first part is the processing time. This is the time from when your payment is received to when we gather up all the items and pack them. Processing takes 1-2 days normally.
The second part is the actual shipping time. This is the time that it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the destination.

FREE SHIPPING PLAN:

ePacket shipping through the international postal system normally takes 10~15 days depends your location.

Standard Airmail shipping normally takes 15-30 days depends your location.

PAID SHIPPING:

Express shipping normally takes 7-10 days depends your location.


SHIPPING TO DIFFERENT DESTINATION

If you need to ship an order to a different destination from your registered address, please make sure the shipping address for your order is the same shipping address used during PayPal payment process. If the shipping address you used for paying by PayPal does not match the shipping address for your order then there will be delays in confirming your payment.
If you've already placed your order and spot a mistake, please contact our customer service at support@esgreen.com ASAP to confirm the correct shipping address.
Please have your order number and other details to hand.


THE SHIPPING COURIER

For orders eligible for complimentary shipping, we will employ the ePacket service (or standard airmail service) via the international postal system. Should you prefer, there is also the option to select Economical Express at an additional charge. We will select the most effective courier service on your behalf, such as DHL or UPS for deliveries to the United States, or EMS express delivery for shipments to Russia, among others. Typically, this express delivery service requires a duration of 7-10 days in transit.


FREIGHT INSURANCE

Shipping services provided by couriers come with insurance and the capability for online tracking. Upon dispatch of your merchandise, we will forward to you an email containing a tracking number, thus enabling you to monitor the delivery's progress at your convenience. In the event of a package being mislaid, we assure immediate reshipment of your order. Should you receive a package that appears damaged, we kindly request that you photograph the package prior to opening it and return the damaged package to the courier. Upon receipt of your feedback, we will either reship or refund your order.


ARE THERE ANY OTHER HIDDEN COSTS FOR SHIPPING?

We guarantee the absence of hidden charges during the processing of your order. However, it is imperative to note that import duties and taxes will be your responsibility upon receipt of the goods. ESGREEN is not liable for these expenses. For comprehensive details concerning taxes, we encourage you to consult the section titled Taxes, Customs & Duties.


CAN YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We offer global shipping services, with the exception of deliveries to APO’s, FPO’s. The feasibility of shipping to your desired destination is contingent upon the policy terms of our courier partners. In the event that shipping to your country presents insurmountable challenges, we commit to an immediate refund of your payment.


IMPORTANT

1. The cumulative delivery time, inclusive of processing, will span 10-15 days for Express delivery and 15-35 days for Standard Airmail delivery. Post-shipment, we are unable to influence the speed of transportation nor expedite the customs clearance process.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT URGENT ORDERS.
Should you have specific requirements regarding delivery time, we advise you to establish communication with us prior to placing your order.

2. Please be aware that order processing and/or shipping may encounter delays during the traditional Chinese Spring Festival season. Notifications regarding any such delays will be communicated via email.

3. Awaiting the upload of tracking information to our website may take 1-2 days. We request your patience during this period subsequent to the receipt of your tracking number.

4. We urge you to review your delivery address meticulously, as we cannot be held accountable for delays or losses stemming from inaccuracies provided at the time of registration. The cost associated with resending a parcel due to the submission of an incorrect address will be borne by you.

5. It is important to note that the customs clearance process may extend delivery times should your package be detained by customs officials. As the recipient (Importer), it is your responsibility to ensure the clearance of goods from your local customs. ESGREEN shall not bear responsibility for unforeseen delays, such as those caused by the customs process, seizure by customs, adverse weather conditions, delays by local carriers, and other similar circumstances.
